Macarons in the making









Baking is hard labor. Baking macarons can be a workout. Don't let anyone lead you into believing otherwise.

mmmm: thanks! it just takes practice. even then, there will always be one or two stray ones who choose to be bigger/smaller than the others :D

danceforme: i get mine from the states - at a store that imports french culinary lavender. though recently i was lucky enough to find lavender sugar at the tanglin marketplace. see photo for reference: http://bit.ly/bngPk8
